Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shahee by Rihlat Alfathe General Trading L.L.C. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth, fair, and transparent experience with every order.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Period: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Opened or used hygiene products (such as sanitary napkins or intimate care items).

    • Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ralfathellc.com or ralfathellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the product was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this, we may have already processed and shipped your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
